We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mido Silver. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return and exchange policy:
You can check the item upon delivery and if you are not satisfied with it, return it with the courier but there is no return after the courier leaves.
Exchanges can be done through our physical stores for 3 days from the date of the delivery, as long as they are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and receipts.
⁃ Refunds: If you paid by card, you can expect the refund to be processed within 4 to 7 business days
⁃ Exchanges: Exchanges are possible for items of equal or higher value. Any price difference will need to be settled during the exchange process.
- Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
