At MS Jewellery, we want every piece you choose to feel perfect. Our exchange policy is designed to give you confidence and convenience with every purchase.

14-Day Exchange Window

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition
Complete with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: If any part of the product or packaging is missing, the courier will be unable to collect the item.

Wrong Item or Manufacturing Fault

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, we will process your exchange free of charge within 2–4 working days from your request.

Size Exchange or Change of Mind

If you wish to exchange an item due to:

Selecting the wrong ring size, or
A change of preference,

the exchange can be completed, but shipping fees will apply and must be covered by the customer.

Shipping all over Egypt within 2-3 business days
If all three delivery attempts fail due to recipient unavailability or incorrect delivery information, the order will be automatically canceled and customers may place a new order if the previous one is canceled.

📍 Upper Egypt — 90 LE
📍 Remote Areas — 110 LE
