Easy Returns – Within 14 Days

You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in original, unused, and unworn condition

• Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and certificates

• Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: If any part of the product or packaging is missing, the courier will not be able to collect the return.

Change of Mind Returns

If you choose to return an item for personal reasons (no defect or issue), you may do so within 14 days.
Return shipping fees will apply and must be covered by the customer.

Manufacturing Faults

Your trust means everything to us.
If an item has a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to a full refund, processed within 2–4 working days from the approval of your request.

Refund Processing

• For payments made by debit or credit card, refunds will be issued back to the same payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above 2000 EGP, refunds will be issued through secure online bank transfer.
