How much does delivery cost and how long does it take to be delivered?
Shipping all over Egypt within 2-3 business days
If all three delivery attempts fail due to recipient unavailability or incorrect delivery information, the order will be automatically canceled and customers may place a new order if the previous one is canceled.

What if I received an order that I want to exchange or return?
We give you 14 days to fall in love with your items! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply ensure the item is in its original condition, with its packaging and proof of purchase. Plus, we offer free in-store exchanges to make the process even easier!
